I was thinking about the content pieces in my backlog and decided it might be helpful to share an overview of what’s coming up.

In 2024, I wrote 77 blog posts, 52+ Substack newsletter posts, and 52+ social media posts.
In 2025, I will reduce my Substack newsletter frequency from weekly to fortnightly. I might reduce my posting frequency on LinkedIn too. This gives me more time per piece and will encourage me to work on posts requiring more analysis.

I created a word cloud based on the different words in my backlog planner.
It highlights recurring themes and key terms from the upcoming items:

I manage my content backlog using a project management software. I use a Kanban board in Zoho Projects. I’ve included a screenshot of it here for reference. I’ve tried Asana in the past for this.
